O'Leary's Heating and Air is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with a proven work ethic, strong mechanical ability, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

 Position Overview

 

This is a year-round, full-time position with benefits.

Pay: $25–$40 per hour (based on skillset and experience)

Emergency on-call rotation (no overnight shifts)

 

 Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair residential and/or light commercial systems
• Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
• Work independently in the field while representing the company professionally

 

 Requirements

• 3–5 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical operations
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
